Japanese Whisky Shinsei (‘Celestial’ in Japanese) was born in the province of Yamanashi, at the foot of Mount Fuji. This is the ideal spiritual backdrop to perfect the art of blending which lends Shinsei its subtle and harmonious elegance. Tasting this whisky is a ritual of pleasure which starts with its colour of delicate amber with hints of gold. Shinsei reveals very light woody and smoky scents with fruity aromas (pear, quince, citrus, pineapple and cherry). On the palate, its rich texture reveals sweet notes of butter biscuits and liquorice, with spicy hints and a very smooth finish of incense notes.
フルーティーなアロマ（洋ナシ、かりん、柑橘類、パイナップル、チェリー）に、とても軽快なウッディでスモーキーな香りも楽しめます。 口当たりはリッチで、バタービスケットとリコリスの甘さとかすかなスパイシーさが広がり、非常になめらかで香り高いフィニッシュです。

TWICE UP
トワイスアップ
It is a mixture of a dose of whiskey for a dose of mineral water. In Japan this « half-and-half » is served preferably in a wineglass.
ウイスキーに同量のミネラルウォーターをミックスしたもの。日本では、この「ハーフ アンド ハーフ」はワイングラスで愉しむのが好ましいとされています。
HIGHBALL
ハイボール
It is a mixture of soda waterand whisky: a 1:4 ratio, stirred slowly so as to not let the gas escape the soda water, preferably into a chilled glass that helps reduce the rate of dilution.
グラスに氷を入れ、ウイスキーとソーダ水を混ぜて味わいます。比率ウイスキー1：ソーダ水4
炭酸ガスがソーダ水から逃げないようにゆっくりとかきまぜてください。冷えたグラスを使うと希釈率を下げるのに役立ちます。
OLD FASHIONED

The Old Fashioned is a cocktail made of a sugar soaked in bitter to which is added whiskey. It is traditionally served with a big ice cube.
